The X35S has a built-in fat meter through hand sensors and makes a calculation of your BMI and BMR. There is also a recovery program to quickly make a calculation of your fitness. With the included chest strap you have to most accurate way of heart rate registration. A large LCD display gives you a clear overview of the different parameters and has a graphic display.
